- Affiliated with National Institute of Design as Senior Designer and have executed more than 45 projects for N.I.D. with great success and reputation.
- Awarded by The Geographical Indications Registry (Ministry of Commerce & Industry), Chennai, India for “Workmanship & Design”.
- Won the Jury Award for best stall at “Nirman’97”, trade fair of The Gujarat Institute of Civil Engineers & Architects (GICEA).
- Visit of Dr. Darlie O Koshy, Former Director (N.I.D.) to the project appreciating the excellence of the work undertaken by Mr. Amit Gajjar.
- Has been President of Furniture Design Association, Ahmedabad for five years.
